Terms of Service for TPRF Zoom Account

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Prem Rawat Foundation’s (TPRF) Zoom Account (“TPRF Zoom”). By accessing or using TPRF Zoom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use TPRF Zoom.

  1. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility: To use TPRF Zoom, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using TPRF Zoom, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. d. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of TPRF Zoom. e. Harass, threaten, or harm other users or TPRF personnel. f. Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. g. Use TPRF Zoom in a manner that could harm the reputation of TPRF or its users.

4.1 Content Ownership: TPRF Zoom may allow you to upload, share, or transmit content. You retain ownership of your content, but by using TPRF Zoom, you grant TPRF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing TPRF Zoom services.

TPRF Zoom is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. TPRF does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of TPRF Zoom.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPRF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

a. Your use or inability to use TPRF Zoom. b. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. c. Any interruption or cessation of TPRF Zoom services. d. Any viruses, bugs, or other harmful code that may be transmitted via TPRF Zoom. e. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in TPRF Zoom content.

You agree to indemnify and hold TPRF, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of TPRF Zoom, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
