We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy, both online and offline, and have taken steps to protect the information donors and other website users share with us. The Prem Rawat Foundation does collect certain personal information to provide you with customized services and content.

Tracking Cookies Data

We use “cookies.” Cookies are files with small amounts of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. We use web beacons, which are single pixel gifs, in our emails. When we send emails to subscribers, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. This allows us to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of Users.

TPRF uses the data for various purposes:

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. TPRF does not sell or exchange your Personal Data with third parties, and any sharing of your data is described in the “Third Party Service Providers” section of this policy. You have the right to have any personal data shared with those Third Party Service Providers deleted.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

TPRF will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of data and other personal information.

Under certain circumstances, TPRF may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

Third-Party Service Providers

We employ certain third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Third-Party Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and may not disclose or use it for any other purpose. You can have any of your Personal Data removed from these Third-Party Service Providers by sending an email to [email protected].

We use the following Third-Party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.


NeonCRM is a cloud-based nonprofit software suite that provides tools built to support nonprofit organizations. Specifically, NeonCRM helps facilitate donations and payment, and may collect Personal Data such as your email address, Facebook or Twitter Username and Password, physical address, telephone number, and credit card or bank information used to facilitate donations. NeonCRM’s services are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, an information security standard for organizations that manage credit card transactions.


Zendesk is a software package used by TPRF to create customer service functionality (“Help Desk” functions), and may collect your IP address, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide to assist you with technical problems. Zendesk also archives the messages requesting help and the responses thereto.

Constant Contact

Constant Contact is a marketing automation platform that helps us share email and ad campaigns with interested parties. Constant Contact uses web beacons, which are single pixel gifs, in our emails. When we send emails to subscribers, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. This allows us to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of Users.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics (GA) for website statistics through the use of cookies with so-called IP anonymization. GA can give us information such as a user’s behavior on the site, if they are a new or returning user, their location, language, device, operating system, and service provider.

Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel is a tracking pixel that we use to gather information about a user’s behavior on the TPRF site. We use it to see what actions users take on the site so that we can show advertisements to them on Facebook that are likely to be relevant to their interests.

Popup Maker

Popup Maker is a WordPress plugin that we use on the website to present users with the option of subscribing to our email list or visiting a specific web page. It uses cookies to allow us to control how frequently it presents the options to users.


Dropbox is a collaboration platform we use on the website to store and share files, folders, and documents such as photos, graphics, and other information with users. Dropbox provides us with information about recognized Dropbox account holders when they access such information, such as name and email address.


We use hotjar to create heatmaps to give us a visual representation of where ​​users click, move, and scroll on the site so that we can make informed improvements. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on user behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.


We use SoGoSurvey to receive feedback about the Peace Education Program from participants and volunteers, so that we can better understand program results and make improvements, and to better support volunteers in conducting the courses. SoGoSurvey uses cookies and other tracking technologies to gather information that may include include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. Survey participant data may not be used in any way by SoGoSurvey without the express permission of TPRF or the participant.


MaxAPEX provides hosting for the Peace Education Program Reporting System, which is based on an Oracle database and consists of web applications built with Oracle’s Application Express, or APEX. The system collects information such as email addresses and phone numbers of program licensees and their helpers, only for the purpose of contacting them in relation to their program activities. No personal data is collected from course participants. The MaxAPEX TPRF server is a dedicated host machine (not shared), and licensees have access only to their own data.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
