The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF) will provide an initial humanitarian grant of $50,000 to help victims of a devastating recent earthquake in Morocco.
Additionally, TPRF will match dollar for dollar all contributions received for the humanitarian effort, adding to the overall aid that the foundation will provide.
The 6.8 magnitude quake that struck Morocco on September 8 was the strongest to hit the country in over a century, leaving villages in the Atlas Mountains near the city of Marrakesh in rubble. Thousands of people were killed, and thousands of survivors are in desperate need of food, water, shelter and medical care.
TPRF is in the process of vetting potential nonprofit partners to ensure that your donations will help people who need it the most. Stay tuned to the TPRF email newsletter and article feed for updates on this humanitarian effort.
Your support will make a big difference—thank you!
