Objective:

Maximize the effectiveness of TPRF video productions in communicating the founder’s message of peace and the work of the Foundation by extending their availability in new areas over a longer period of time

 

Activity Description:

Be a part of making a difference – join the marketing and distribution side of a production team in a new role, one that helps further awareness of TPRF video stories and how TPRF programs impact people. This is a role for someone with the skills and motivation to oversee the creation, planning, and execution of marketing and distribution of TPRF videos.

Reports to: Media & Communications (M&C) Video Producer

Tasks:

• Liaise with TPRF Media & Communications about video use, marketing strategy, and distribution opportunities
• Collaborate with Social Media and M&C on video releases and communication strategy
• Strategize about how to approach new audiences

Skills/ Experience:

• Able to think strategically and tactically
• Have awareness of potential networks of interest to market TPRF video stories to. This could include outreach in the Food Security sector for FFP, to the Correctional institutions and associated networks, for grant seeking purposes, etc. This is wide open, and we are looking for enthusiastic individual(s) to come up with new ideas for reaching new audiences
• Understand costs, budgets, and ROI
• Good writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Background in marketing a plus

Training and briefing via phone, Skype, and email

Time Requirements:

4-6 hours a week, variable
