Objective:

To extend the outreach of the Peace Education Program (PEP) and TPRF

Activity Description:

In collaboration with the Director of Development, support the broadening of methods now used to increase the outreach of PEP and to create and oversee new methods for marketing the program.

Reports to: Program Manager for the Peace Education Program

Tasks:

• Identify target markets and develop strategies to best reach them
• Review the outreach approach currently in place and suggest ways of enhancing/maximizing it
• After establishing new means of outreach, create systems to document and measure success
• Use this information to evaluate best use of volunteers and funds and take that into consideration when planning for future efforts

Skills/ Experience:

• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
• Be an excellent communicator
• Able to think creatively
• Enthusiastic about the Peace Education Program
• Professional experience and proven marketing skills

Required Resources:Computer, Microsoft Office 2011 or later

Training/ Orientation:

Orientation to begin soon after role acceptance via Skype or phone. There will be ongoing close interaction with the Director of Development and other volunteers as appropriate.

Location Virtual, within 3 hours of US Pacific Time preferred

Time Requirements:

4 hours per week
